All materials used within the moulding process are from reputable suppliers and are formulated to comply with the requirements of the food packaging regulations of European countries (EU Directive 2002/72/EC – S.I.1998/1376 as amended by S.I. 2000/3162, S.I. 2002/2364 and S.I. 2002/3008 in the U.K.) and of the Food & Drugs Administration (FDA) in the USA. Polymers and pigments containing heavy metals are not used by Worldwide Dispensers and products comply with CONEG standards and EU Directive 94/62 EC (UK SI 1998 No.1165).
Polymers and pigments comply with EU Directive 76/769/EEC relating to use of dangerous substances and preparations and its 26 amendments up to and including 2003/53/EC.
